What we collect

We receive your name, phone number, selected area, optional address, preferred call time, repair description, photos, language, and the dates associated with your request.

Why we use it

We use these details to route the request to the relevant Servista office, review the repair, contact you by phone, and keep the request and any later additions together.

Who receives it

The request is available to the Servista office responsible for the selected area and to the people who help operate that service. We do not use the form for advertising.

How long we keep it

We retain request details and photos for the configured retention period, then delete them unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. (24 months).

Your choices

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your request, subject to applicable law. Use the phone or contact channel provided by the Servista team in your confirmation or follow-up call.
